Toys for Joy & Granny’s Closet Collection Sites at Ramsey City Hall- The City of Ramsey is hosting a collection site for Toys for Joy and Granny's Closet of Anoka County this holiday season! Each year hundreds of community volunteers from these programs help to bring holiday cheer to Anoka County families and seniors in need. Ramsey Garden Club Decorates City Hall Tree - Since 2007, the City of Ramsey Garden Club has created a beautiful display of holiday cheer by decorating a themed tree for the Ramsey City Hall lobby each year! This year’s tree is adorned in rustic grapevine and handmade twig ornaments. Also featured are a variety of hydrangeas grown, collected and dried by the Garden Club members throughout the year.
