APPROVAL OF BOARD OF ADJU$TMENT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve <br />the following meeting minutes: <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes dated September 22~ 1988 <br />regarding James Sorteberg's request for a variance to encroach on the <br />Trott Brook setback. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes dated September 22, 1988 <br />regarding Gary Munkholm's request for a variance to encroach on the Rum <br />River setback. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes dated September 22, 1988 <br />regarding Paul Bertil's request for a variance from the required front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />4. Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated September 22, 1988. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1; <br /> <br />Request For A Variance To CDastruct An Accessory Structure <br /> Nearer To The Front Lot Line Than The Principal Structure! <br /> Case Of Virginia Butterfield: <br /> <br />Ms. Butterfield was present requesting a variance to reconstruct, in it's <br />original location, a garage that was more than 50% destroyed by fire° The <br />detached garage at 16120 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. was located nearer the front <br />lot line than the principal structure and encroached the required setback <br />from Nowthen Blvd. by 4 feet° <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0232, amended as follows, relating to Mso Butterfield's <br />request for a variance: <br /> <br />Item #8 should indicate that Ms. Butterfield's accessory structure was <br />constructed prior to the adoption of the .1.1.0 foot setback from <br />thoroughfares° <br /> <br />Item #18 should indicate that the variance will be consistent with the <br />purposes of the Zoning Chapter. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
