18. That the subject property was platted on 6/20/72, prior to the <br /> adoption of the Scenic River Overlay District Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None~ <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0236 relating to Mr. Mark Hagemann's request for a <br />variance° <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Commission consensus was to grant a 5 foot variance to the front yard <br />setback in order that the Hagemann home could be moved forward on the lot <br />so as to maintain a Rum River setback similar to that of a neighboring <br />home. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />reopen Findings of Fact 0236 for amending. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None° <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />amend Item #8 of Findings of Fact 0236 to indicate that the proposed <br />structure on the property will have a 75 foot Rum River setback and a 35 <br />foot front yard setback. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
