5 Minutes CASE 42: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR LOT SPLIT; <br /> CASE OF MR. GARY KOZNICK <br />Dave ~artley, City Administrator <br /> <br />B ackgr ound: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Koznick recently constructed a home on Juniper Ridge Drive N.W., and <br />during the construction a well for that property was accidentally placed on the <br />property of Mr. Koz. nick's neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Munkholm. To correct <br />this problem the property owners are mutually requesting that the City Council <br />authorize a lot split whereby the lot line will be rotated along an access to <br />include the well on Mr. Koznick's property. <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed this request and recognizes the mutual request of the <br />parties and has determined that to follow the minor subdivision procedures <br />would result in a hardship.
