NORM HOLM <br /> <br />By: Merland Otto, Acting Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Norm Holm is requesting final plat approval of Hy-10 Ramsey 4th <br />Addition. This plat is located North of the railroad and West of <br />A~mstrong Boulevard. The plat consists of 3 lots with an average lot <br />size of 4.7 acres. Access to the plat is provided from 147th Ave. <br />N.W. and Ferret St. N.W. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed final plat <br />Proposed resolution approving final plat <br />Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />The City Engineer's review of the pla% and letter from Anoka Counny <br />will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of Hy-10 Ramsey 4th <br />Addition on August 23, 1988. At that time, the Council approved the <br />preliminary plat contingent on access to Lot 3 being from Ferret <br />Street and Ferret Street N.W. being extended through the property to <br />the northern boundary. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />city Staff recommend approval of the plat contingent on Ferret St. <br />N.W. beign extended to the northern boundary of the plat and access to <br />Lot 3 being limited to Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution ~88-__ <br />Addition. <br /> <br />approving the final plat of Hy-10 Ramsey 4th <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />A~o~ney <br />Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br />X Public Works Supt. <br />X Planning and Zoning Ccmm X <br /> <br /> <br />
