File: RA3:14-106 Date: 8/24/88 <br /> <br />city of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Tax Parcel 19-32-25-23-0015 <br /> <br />Parcel 3 <br /> <br />An 80.00 foot wide permanent easement for public street and utility <br />purposes over, under and across the following described property: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, RAMSEY COMMERCIAL PARK, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The centerline of said easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the most northerly corner of NORTHFORK, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence <br />northwesterly on an assumed bearing of North 39 degrees 01 <br />minutes 26 seconds West, along the southwesterly right-of-way <br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, a distance of 300.00 <br />feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; <br />thence South 50 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of <br />162.00 feet; thence southwesterly a distance of 398.45 feet along <br />a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of <br />18~7.83 feet and a central angle of 12 degrees 21 minutes 17 <br />seconds; thence South 38 degrees 37 minutes 17 seconds West, <br />tangent to said curve, a distance of 196.34 feet to the <br />ncrtheasterly line of U.S. Highway No. 10 and there terminating. <br /> <br />Interest: <br /> <br />Ralph Jr. & V.V.
