R:~rn ~~;. - 28-32-2~- 11-0009 - <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz reassessed this property and adjusted the value to $76,200. <br /> <br />L0. rry Smith - 6821 - 158th Lane - 15-32-25.34-0006 - <br /> <br />Anoka County Deputy Assesso~ Gordy Starkey stated that in the opinion of Anoka County, thc value should be <br />adjusted to $58,200. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councihnember Cich to adjust thc value to $58,200. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Cich, Pearson, and Peterson. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Robert Muller - 11-32-25-43-0002 and 11-32-25-43-0003 ~ Mr. Muller came to inquire as to why his actual taxes <br />were so much higher than estimates made by Ano~ County. <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley explained that there was a minimum established in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Dcbra Dchn - 17977 Erkium $1re¢t - 01-32-2,5-22-0018 - Ms. Dehn inquired as to the source of $5,900 in <br />improvements on the subject property. <br /> <br />Mr. Starkey of Anoka County will cheek the County records to answer her questions. <br /> <br />James M. Neilson - 29.:32-2.5-11-0004.29-32-2.5-t 1-0006. and 20-32-25-11-0007 - Mr. Neilson is the attorney for <br />Gilbert A. Menkveld and would like the record to reflect that he appeared before the City of Ramsey Board of Review. <br />He will be initiating a law suit by Ma), 15, 1989 with regard to Lot 2, Block 1 of Ramsey HY-10 2nd Addition and <br />HY-10 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld and his attorney feel that the valuations on these lots are excessive, and should not have been <br />considered as improved lots. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the Ramsey Board of Review. <br />Motion carried, Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, DeLuca and Pearson.
