CITY OF ,RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA' <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Ramsey will hold a public hearing for the purpose of revie~ving <br />an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan, which Comprehensive <br />Plan was originally adopted by the Township of Ramsey in July, 1973. <br />The title of the amendment to be reviewed is "City of RamSey Urban <br />Planning Distr~ct Study Report". Said Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />specifically concerns that portion of the City which generally lies <br />south of 153rd Avenue N.W. and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Also, the purpose of the hearing shall include review of the <br />following: <br /> <br /> 1. Adoption of a new zoning Ordinance affecting the entire <br /> <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 2. Adoption of Sewage.._Disposal Ordinance affecting the entire <br />City. <br /> 3. Adoption of Soils Ordinance affecting the entire City. <br /> 4.
