S~effen <br />Administrative Consultant <br /> <br />URBAN PLANNING REPORT AND IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE' <br />ADOPTION PROCEDURES - Joint Meeting, May 5, 1977 <br /> <br />The process which the Planning Commission and the City Council <br />are being asked to start at this meeting involves the completion <br />of a planning process that was begun in late 1975. The basic <br />study materials, the comments and critiques of them, and recent <br />developments have been taken into account by your staff and <br />consultants in the preparation of the following draft materials: <br /> <br />1) Proposed Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />2) Proposed Soils Ordinance <br /> <br />3) Proposed Septic System ordinance <br /> <br />4) Proposed Amendments to the Urban Area Study Report <br /> <br />5) Proposed Septic System Maintenance Program <br /> <br />To expedite the decision process which is needed to develop <br />clearly defined procedures and guidelines for the future devel- <br />opment of ~he City of Ramsey in conformance with the plan, we <br />recommend appointment of the following joint sub-committees to <br />review the proposed ordinances, etc.: <br /> Sub-Committee Ti tlq ~ Sub-Committees Memb~_~ <br /> <br /> <br />
