To successfully <br />complete this process, the committee members will be expected <br />to read and develop questions relating to the materials they <br />are assigned to review. Each sub-committee should call upon <br />other resources (ASCS - Metropolitan Council - Pollution <br />Control Agency - Staff, etc.) for comments or technical <br />assistance if the sub-committee believes this would be help- <br />ful. <br /> <br />The Staff or Consultant person assigned to work with each of <br />the sub-committees will be prepared to assist the sub- <br />committee in developing changes in the proposed.drafts and <br />to report back to the full joint meeting, on behalf of the <br />sub-committee, on May ~ , 1977. <br /> <br /> <br />
