Voting No: Councilmembers LeTourneau and Riley. <br />7.03: Consider Adoption of Ordinance #17-20 Providing for a Special Closing Times <br />License of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor during the 2018 National Football League <br />Super Bowl Game at the U.S. Bank Stadium <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Ordinance <br />#17-20 allowing additional hours of liquor sales during the Super Bowl 2018 weekend, with a <br />fee rate of $100. <br />Mayor Strommen noted that this item was introduced at the last meeting. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember LeToumeau, to waive the City <br />Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #17-20 Providing for a <br />Special Closing Times License of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor during the 2018 National Football <br />League Super Bowl Game at U.S. Bank Stadium. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Shryock nay <br />Councilmember LeTourneau aye <br />Councilmember Johns aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Mayor Strommen aye <br />Motion carried. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Strategic Plan Update <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report. He provided highlights of accomplishments <br />that the City has had towards the goals within the Strategic Plan. <br />Mayor Strommen noted that she and City Administrator Ulrich had the opportunity to present <br />this information before the Charter Commission the previous week as well. <br />8.02: Other <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />9.
