CC Regular Session 4. 15. <br />Meeting Date: 12/12/2017 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-12-311 Accepting Fee Title to Outlot A, Covenant Meadows per the Approved Planned Unit <br />Development (Project No. 17-102); Case of Brookview Estates, LLC <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In June of 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Zoning Amendment for Covenant Meadows, a <br />twelve (12) lot rural subdivision. The project was approved as a Planned Unit Development with the public benefit <br />being the approximately fifteen (15) acres that straddles Trott Brook being conveyed to the City for permanent open <br />space. Brookview Estates, LLC (the "Developer") has prepared a Warranty Deed and a Mortgage Release to <br />convey Outlot A, Covenant Meadows to the City per the approved final plat and zoning amendment.
