Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 17-12-311 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEE TITLE TO OUTLOT A, COVENANT MEADOWS WHEREAS, Brookview Estates, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has, in accordance with the approved plat known as Covenant Meadows, has drafted a Warranty Deed to grant Outlot A, Covenant Meadows to the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Brookview Estates from Brookview Estates, LLC on December 1, 2016; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 5, 2017; and; WHEREAS, the Developer changed the name of the proposed subdivision from Brookview Estates to Covenant Meadows due to a plat titled Brookview Estates already existing within Anoka County; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on February 22nd, 2017; and WHEREAS, on March 2, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and tabled action until April; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Parks Commission considered the preliminary plat on March 9, 2017; and WHEREAS, on March 14, 2017, the City Council received an update regarding the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat again on April 6, 2017; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat of Covenant Meadows on April 25, 2017; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the final plat of Covenant Meadows on June 13, 2017; and WHEREAS, as part of the approved Planned Unit Development, the Developer was to convey Outlot A, Covenant Meadows to the City to satisfy the public benefit requirement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
