Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-12-306 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE INCREASING THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN <br />TO FULL-TIME <br />WHEREAS, the IT division's role is to maintain computers, software and <br />systems, which allow staff to perform effectively and citizens to have access to and <br />assistance with up-to-date City conference room space and the City website; and. <br />WHEREAS, the workload of the IT division continues to grow and warrants full- <br />time hours; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of multiple budget discussions and feedback from staff, <br />the City Council included funds in the 2018 budget to increase the IT Support Technician <br />to full-time. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #17-12-306 to increase Mr. Calvin Kubat, the part- <br />time IT Support Technician to full-time at 40 hours per week, effective January 1, <br />2018 <br />The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12th day of December, 2017. <br />
