2.4 Discuss Future Meetings <br />Mr. Gladhill stated he would like to pursue a more aggressive schedule through the first quarter of <br />2018, and hold Committee meetings on the second Monday of every month. <br />Mr. Gladhill reviewed topics for upcoming meetings: <br />December 11, 2017 — Transportation and Economic Development <br />January 8, 2018 — Parks Plan <br />February 12, 2018 - Water Resources and Housing <br />March 12, 2018 — Chapter Reviews <br />April 9, 2018 — Workshop <br />Mr. Gladhill stated a public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan would be held at the Planning <br />Commission's May 3, 2018, meeting, as well as a review at the City Council's May 22, 2018, <br />Regular Meeting. He added City Staff will be prepared to submit the final Comprehensive Plan <br />Document to the Metropolitan Council by the deadline at the end of June 2018. <br />There were no objections to the schedule from the Committee Members. <br />3.
