Ramsey 2040 Comprehensive Plan Community Profile <br />COMMUNITY PROFILE <br />THE COMMUNITY <br />Located in the northwest Twin Cities Metro, the City of Ramsey boasts incredible <br />outdoor recreation opportunities, a growing downtown in Ramsey COR, an impressive <br />manufacturing sector, and a strong local government. <br />The City of Ramsey has experienced steady growth and development over the past 20 <br />years.
