ORDINANCE #04-41 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.20.25(3)(a) "TC TOWN CENTER ZONING DISTRICT" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- TA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #04-41 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing tile public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-41 to amend Chapter 9.20.25 Clown Center Zoning District) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to allow for gas operations as an accessory use subject to certain performance standards in the TC- 2 Zoning District. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
