ORDINANCE NO. 04-44 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsay Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.8S1 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby vacated, to- wit: That permanent easement for drain- age and utility purposes over, under and across Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ]ect to the City Charter Section 5.07.
