ORDINANCE NO. 04-44 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN <br />EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br /> The City of Ramsay Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.8S1 <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />utility easement is hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br /> That permanent easement for drain- <br />age and utility purposes over, under and <br />across Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />]ect to the City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsay this the 9th day of <br />November, 2004. <br />Thomas G.
