ORDINANCE //04-45 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 7 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING AND PERMITS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE Of RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.20 (BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE) OF THE CITY CODE. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #04-45 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as dearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: The amendment to Section 7.20 Business Registration Certificate is to add a General Requirements section and to perform general grammar and format- ting revisions. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
