ORDINANCE //04-45 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 7 <br /> WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING <br /> AND PERMITS CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br /> CODE Of RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 7.20 (BUSINESS REGISTRATION <br /> CERTIFICATE) OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #04-45 has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />dearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance: <br /> The amendment to Section 7.20 <br />Business Registration Certificate is to add <br />a General Requirements section and to <br />perform general grammar and format- <br />ting revisions. <br /> SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the 9th day of November, 2004. <br />Thomas G.
