NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 23, 2004, aS 7:00 p.m. at R. amsey~.Fire Stati0.n, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to con- sider a proposed Ordinance adopting the City of Ramsey's 2005 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and comment 6n the proposed Ordinance. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to Ramse7 City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. Written comments shall be received at City Hall prior t.o 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2004.
