NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the annual allocation of 2018 budgeted <br />Parking Ramp Maintenance Costs as follows: <br /> Transit Parcel Budget Allocation: $ <br />105,516 <br /> City Hall Parcel Budget Allocation: $ <br />43,111 <br /> Unallocated Stalls (City Portion): $ <br />7,537 <br /> Residence at the COR Apartments, LLC Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 82,906 <br /> <br /> With payment due to the City by February 28, 2018. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Johns and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 28th of November, 2017. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #17-11-282 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
