The 2012 City of Ramsey Happy Days Festival was a huge success! <br />Events ranged from a 5K to a Family Bike Tour, from Expos to Bingo, from Kids Inflatables to <br />Fireworks, from a Parade to a Catapult and from a Polka Fest to Outdoor Concerts. Besides <br />some wind, the weather was great and attendance was at an all -time high. <br />In 2012 major changes were made to the Happy Days schedule and site layout. For the first time <br />ever Happy Days was contained on one site. Additionally, the Happy Days Committee decided <br />to drop Friday night and concentrate all events on one day Saturday, September 8. Overall, <br />
