Con~nission. has reviewed'plan revisions. <br />submitted April 15, 1982 for the-Ramsey Comprehensive Plano She City <br />has reduced its wastewa~er flow projections in response to Council <br />coments. The-Con~nission offers the following-co~nents: and recommendations' <br /> <br />The revisions indicate that the City has submitted a resolution <br />requesting the-Metropolitan Council to amend the Water Resources <br />Management Plan to.-include construction of the second Ramsey <br />connection Dy 1984.. As the project is not programmed in the <br />1982-1987 Development Program., the Commission should be advised <br />as to the development fremework for this area and kept informed <br />of the status of this request° <br /> <br />The plan should indicate the minimum design'standards regarding <br />infiltratiOn/inflow into the sanitary sewer system for new <br />construction° <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />A copy of the. City's on-site sewage disposal system ordinance <br />should be submitted as part of't~e plano In addition, the plan <br />should' clarify tf'licens~'ng of septic tank pumpers is required° <br />The City should estaDlfsh a program to license septic pumpers <br />and require pumpers to report the amount of septage and location <br />of septage disposal sites on an annual basis.
