Members Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #12 - Accepting/Rejecting Bid on Finishing Lower Floor of Ramsay <br /> Municipal Center <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #81-145 rejecting the bids to finish the lower level of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center. (Please refer to resolution fild for Reso- <br />lution #81-~45.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />.Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Mayor gamec stated that if we don't rebid, we will lose the HUD grant. <br /> <br />Building Official Berg recommends rebidding and having a longer adver- <br />tising period and longer bidding process. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />advertise for rebidding on finishing the lower level of the Ramsey Muni- <br />cipal Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
