CASE 99 FLINTWOOD HILL~SECOND ADDITION DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR <br /> <br />APPROVAL: <br /> <br />City Attorney reviewed, with the Council, the contents of Enclosure D-2i of <br />Council Agenda dated September 8, 1981, which contained proposed development <br />contract for Flintwood Hills second addition. He pointed out to the City <br />Council that this contract should be reviewed very carefully in as much as <br />it differed greatly from previous development contracts that the city has had <br />with developers. <br /> <br />CASE #10 DICKENSON BUS COMPANY REGARDING SITE AND DESIGN PLAN:~ <br /> <br />Duke Carlson was present at the meeting and represented Mr. Dickenson. Duke <br />pz~escnted a Site Plan to the Council. <br /> <br />~[otion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg, that the <br />proposed structure be squared off and be considered within the 10' set-back <br />required by Ordinances. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Council- <br />members Reimann, Sorteberg and Cox. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle was directed to prepare a contract to be entered into by the <br />City of Ramsey and Dickenson Bus Company to be presented at the September <br />25, 1981 Council Meeting. ~ - <br /> <br />CASE #11 STRIPING OF CITY'S MUNICIPAL CENTER PARKING LOT: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to approve <br />of striping the front and one handicap Stall at $75.00. Motion carried. <br />Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Cox and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />CASE #12 AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT SITE GRANT: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to approve <br />of amendment to Contract No. 1364. Also to authorize the Mayor and City <br />Administrator/Clerk to sign contract amendment. Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Cox and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />CASE ~13 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: <br /> <br /> Council did not'discuss this issue. It will have to be retui-ned to the <br /> September 22,.1981 Agenda for their review. <br /> <br />CASE #14 PLAT REVIEWS: <br /> <br /> Council reviewed Enclosure D-2k of Council Agenda dated september 8, 1981, <br /> which contained a memo from the City Administrator updating the Council on <br /> certain city plats. In particular, the report pointed out that the <br /> development Hy-10 Ramsey showed that the 120 days to file final plat has <br /> lapsed and listed major items that had not been done. City Administrator <br /> stated that he would be calling .Mr. Menkveld to discuss this with him. <br /> Purpose of report is to keep Council informed, on plat developments in the <br /> City of Ramsey. .~ .....
