The Council has <br />adopted a policy of making~ no.~further time extensions beyond <br />July 1, 1981, so technically ~thei:plan submission requirements <br />will not have been met if the!Plan is submitted late. <br /> <br />Eligibility of local unitS to~eCeive 1980-81 grant entitlements <br />also ended on July 1, 1981, unleSs extended on a case-by-case <br />basis. Therefore, this lette~ eXtends Ramsey's eligibility to <br />receive its 1980-81 entitlement ~f $6,501 until October 1, 1981. <br />However, I encourage you ~o ~ ~' <br /> · m~ke!~every effort to finalize and <br />submit your plan before that date~ The Council will not be able <br />to commence its review of the ~lan until all of the comments from <br />adjacent jurisdictions are redeiVed.
