Voting yes: Kenneth-Peterson,' Benjamin Deemer, Arthur <br />Dunn, Kathy Schneider and Gerald Zi~erman. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />CASE #4: SKETCH PLAN'CONCEPT'='G~M.'INVESTMENT COMPANY. <br /> <br />The Co~Mssion discussed the' concept of G.M. Investment Company for a proposed <br />site.plan on property located just easterly and southerly of the Pondvale Plat. <br />Mr. Menkveld requested input prior to his applying to the DNR for permits <br />to excavate drainage ponds. The following objections were stated: <br /> <br />1. There would be too much. digging 'and. filling. <br />2. Unsuitable for park dedic'ati0n; too much lowland for parks. <br />3. Fluorine Street Cul,de-sac should llne up with Fluorine Street <br /> to the north Of 149th Lane (mislabeled as 151st Ave. N.W. on the <br /> sketch Plah). <br />4.
