Building Official Berg stated there is not adequate parking spaces. <br />(needs 4 more spaces). <br /> <br />Motion by Benjamin Deemer and seconded by Arthur Dunn to recommend to <br />the City Council to grant the subdivision of Lot l, Block l, Ramsey 67 <br />Industrial Park into two separate parcels of approximately 2.75+ acres <br />each but to include a 40 foot easement over the south 40 feet of the <br />property for future road purposes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Kenneth-Peterson,' Benjamin Deemer, Arthur <br />Dunn, Kathy Schneider and Gerald Zi~erman. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />CASE #4: SKETCH PLAN'CONCEPT'='G~M.'INVESTMENT COMPANY. <br /> <br />The Co~Mssion discussed the' concept of G.M. Investment Company for a proposed <br />site.plan on property located just easterly and southerly of the Pondvale Plat. <br />Mr. Menkveld requested input prior to his applying to the DNR for permits <br />to excavate drainage ponds. The following objections were stated: <br /> <br />1. There would be too much. digging 'and. filling. <br />2. Unsuitable for park dedic'ati0n; too much lowland for parks. <br />3. Fluorine Street Cul,de-sac should llne up with Fluorine Street <br /> to the north Of 149th Lane (mislabeled as 151st Ave. N.W. on the <br /> sketch Plah). <br />4. Opposed to the service road location. <br /> <br />CASE #5:''REVIEW'OFRAMSEY'COMPRE}{ENSIVE'PLAN'BY'ABUTTING'COMMUNITIES: <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the 'comments submitted by abutting Metro <br />Communities regarding the' City of Ramsey's Proposed Comprehensive Plan and found no <br />major difficulties and noted not.all the comments were submitted to date. <br />The Commission took no further action. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REGULAR P&Z COMMISSION MINUTESDATEDAPRIL 7, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion by Benjamtn Deemer and seconded byArthur Dunn to approve the <br />regUlar Planning and Zoning Commtssion minute~ dated April 7, 1981, with.- <br />the following'correctionS: .. <br /> <br /> Page 4, paragraph 4, line 5, delete ~5~e" and add: Staff noted that . . . <br /> Page 6,' paragraph 7, line 1,. correct'"teh"i.to read: the _ <br /> Page 6,' paragraph T,' l~ne 2, delete anaxious and change to "innocous".
