Also enclosed is an executed copy of the agreement amend- <br />ment for these funds. <br /> <br />You will note that the check is in the amount of $3,971, which is <br />90% of your 1978-79 entitlement. The remaining 10% of both your <br />1976-77 and 1978-79 grantJawards will be disbursed to you when <br />you submit the "Funded Portion Completion Report." <br /> <br />I wish you continued success in carrying out your planning <br />program.
