The cost of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan was $6,414 and the <br />cost of the Comprehensive Park Plan was $191.41. <br /> <br />We have estimated that a planner could have done approximately 10 percent of <br />the work on the Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> <br />The $191.41 billed for the Comprehensive Park Plan was for exhibits and publication <br />only. The text of the plan was prepared by Timothy Pasquette.
