Regarding the Park Fee, they are platting 79 acres at $~00/acre and the <br />is taking 10%. Ramsey's Census for 1980 for Computing State Aids <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle noted that Dorothy Oatman, Metro Council Demographer, <br />stated in her memo dated July 22, 1980 that the City of Ramsey's population <br />figure will be 9,478 for State Aid purposes. This is the city's preliminary <br />Federal Census count due to the fact that the State Revenue Dept. wanted the <br />figures by the end of July 1980.
