CASE # 5 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING & REVIEW TENTATIVE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff has tentatively scheduled Thursday, January 20, 2004, as the next Charter Commission <br />meeting. A representative of the League of Minnesota Cities has been asked to make a <br />presentation relating to policies and updates, and anything else the Commission desires. It may <br />be a good idea to devote the entire meeting to this presentation. Ms. Retzer from the LMC has <br />noted that her schedule is fairly flexible so if January 20th does not work well for the majority of <br />the Commission, that date can easily be rescheduled. <br /> <br />Thc Commission may want to schedule another meeting for later and determine some tentative <br />agenda items. One of the items for discussion would be review of language for 4.5.5. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Charter: 12/16/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
