Counci!member <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT ~88-13 <br />RUM RIVER TERRACE SITE IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> %~HLREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in ]~arch, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ¢88- awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, inc. for the site <br />improvements to Rum River Terrace; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in <br />the amount of $13,095.75. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PJG~SEY, ANO}~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to <br />W.B. ~[i!ler, inc. for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace in <br />~ne amount cf $13,095.75. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the ].[aycr cr City <br />Adr~inistratcr to sign the release form for this ~artia! paa~ent. <br /> <br /> 2) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included <br />In ~,,~4~ ~88- approving ~a%~ent cf ~4~ ....... n of <br />' . ........... __ .... ~_,s for the ~+' <br />December, 1988. <br /> <br /> 4) m~..,~ the city cf Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy cf %his resolution. <br /> <br />~.,e mouton for the adoption of the fcre~oin~ resolution v;as duly <br />seconded ~v ~o .............
