Banwart, Conmmnity Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Oxbow Properties is applying for a minor subdivision to resubdivide Lot 4, Block 1 of River's <br />Bend Plaza Addition to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1 River's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition. The following <br />items are enclosed for your infom~ation: <br /> <br />A. Application <br />B. Location Map <br />C. Proposed Addition drawing <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Pursuant to City Code 170.0315 (Final Plat Resubdivision), the sketch plan and preliminary plat <br />review process is not required. The applicant has fulfilled the requirements of City Code <br />170.0316 (DMsion or consolidation of platted lands).
