RESOLUTION %88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM 5-YEAR <br />CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the city of Ramsey has a population greater than <br />5,000 and is eligible to receive Municipal State Aid Funds, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Municipal Screening Committee passed a <br />directive requiring each municipality to submit a 5-year construction <br />program by January 1, 1983 and update the program at 3-year intervals, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has received a memorandum from <br />the Mn/DOT State Aid office requesting that all state aid <br />municipalities update their 5-year construction program by January 15, <br />1989, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has met with the Road and Bridge <br />Committee to review the 5 year construction program, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer presented the updated 5-year <br />construction program to the City Council on December 27, 1988. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF <br />R~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i) The City Council has been presented the 5 year <br />municipal state aid street construction program by the City Engineer <br />and approves of the program. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Engineer is directed to submit the program <br />along with this resolution to the District STate Aid Engineer by <br />January 15, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
