Eartiey noted that there is a need for an ordinance which will allow <br />the City to issue temporary on-sale liquor licenses and establishing a fee <br />~er. sa~e. The Committee discussed the possibility of a ~ee ~ to cover <br />investigation of the application and a daily charge for the term cf the <br />license. <br /> <br />Mr. Eart!ey noted that the current fee for on-sale club is $!00 amd on-sale <br />is $~000; holders cf on-sale !leer, sos feel they are forced to compete at an <br />unfair advar~tage.
