CASE # 9 <br /> <br /> CITY HALL REPAIRS <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Eackground: <br /> <br />There are a number of wir~dows in the Ramsey Municipal Cenler that have been broken and <br />require either repair or replacement. Estimates :have been received from North Star Glass and <br />Harmon Glass. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are these estimates. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council authorize the replacement of windows which <br />have been broken within the City Hall and accept the estimates received from North Star Glass <br />and Harmon Glass. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Authorize the City Administrator to enter into an agreement with North Star Glass for <br />repairs to windows in the Ramsey Municipal Center for an amount not to exceed <br />$2,090.00. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
