Compensation <br /> <br />A. Amount <br /> <br />The total compensation of "A" for services <br />performed under this agreement for the first year <br />shall be an anticipated amount of with a <br />maximum of , and for the second and third <br />years, an annual anticipated amount of __, with <br />an annual maximum of "A" shall be <br />compensated on hourly rates of $__ for Agency <br />Principles, $__ for Associates and Technical <br />personnel, and $ . . for Clerical. Insurance <br />invoices to "CLIENT" shall include a breakdown of <br />policy premium~by classification or budget <br />allocation purposes, and a statement of fees <br />payable. Premiums shall be remitted as invoiced. <br /> <br />B. Definition <br /> <br />"Total Compensation" for the purpose of this <br />agreement shall be deemed to be the sum of: <br /> <br />Ail compensation received by "A" from any <br />Insurance Unde_~writer for Insurance re_chaired by <br />"CLIENT" including both direct and contingent <br />commissions; and <br /> <br />Ail compensation cr reimbursement received by "A" <br />from "CLIENT".
