REQUEST TO REZONE LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, BuLow's ADDITION, FROM: <br /> b-1 BUSINESS TO R-1U RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF MR. ARTHUR BULOW <br /> By: Planning Assistant Svi¥ia Frclik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Arthur Bulow is requesting approval to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Bulow's <br />Addition, from B-i Business to R-1U Residential. The subject parcels are <br />located south of the Front Street extension and east of the Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. extension. The adjacent properties to the east are zoned R-1U <br />Residential and Riverview Estates, located to the west, is intended to be <br />developed with single family residential lots south of Front Street. The <br />Highway ~!]0 Corridor Study also indicates that this subject area should be <br />developed with single family residential lots. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Existing properties <br /> <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on December <br />6, 1988 and recommended approval of Mr. Bulow's request for rezoning. <br /> <br />As you recall, the final plat of Bulow's Addition was approved with <br />contingencies.
