REQUEST TO REZONE LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, BuLow's ADDITION, FROM: b-1 BUSINESS TO R-1U RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF MR. ARTHUR BULOW By: Planning Assistant Svi¥ia Frclik Background: Mr. Arthur Bulow is requesting approval to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Bulow's Addition, from B-i Business to R-1U Residential. The subject parcels are located south of the Front Street extension and east of the Sunfish Lake Blvd. extension. The adjacent properties to the east are zoned R-1U Residential and Riverview Estates, located to the west, is intended to be developed with single family residential lots south of Front Street. The Highway ~!]0 Corridor Study also indicates that this subject area should be developed with single family residential lots. The following items are enclosed for your information: a) Site location map b) Existing properties c) Proposed findings of fact d) Proposed ordinance Observations: The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on December 6, 1988 and recommended approval of Mr. Bulow's request for rezoning. As you recall, the final plat of Bulow's Addition was approved with contingencies. Therefore, the rezoning of two lots in Bulow's Addition will have to be contingent upon the recording of Bulow's Addition.
