Rather <br /> than tossing your extra recyclables in the garbage, bring them here for no additional cost. <br /> • Recycle Your Old Holiday Lights at Ramsey City Hall - Drop-off bins for old holiday <br /> lights as well as electric cords, telephone cords, and appliance cords will be located in the <br /> lobby of the Ramsey Municipal Center now through January 31st!
