BOARD OF REVIEW <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a meeting as the Board of Review on Monday, April 8, <br />2002, at the Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />Anoka County Residential Appraiser Jenny Sicard <br />Anoka County Industrial Appraiser John Leone <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />Jenny Sicard, Anoka County Residential Appraiser, explained that each year they have to look at <br />25 percent of the properties within the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman requested that Ms. Sicard explain what would happen if the <br />appraiser is unable to gain access to a property. <br /> <br />Ms. Sicard replied that if she were unable to gain access to a property she would then make <br />general assumptions based on similar homes in the area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that there were no citizens present. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if it was correct that if a citizen were to miss this meeting <br />they could still appear at the County. <br /> <br />Board of Review/April 8, 2002 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
