FC Case # <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION OF THE ISSUANCE AND AWARDING THE SALE OF <br />$345,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES OF 2004 <br /> <br /> By: Diana Lurid, Finance Officer <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Earlier tonight, December 14, 2004, Council authorized as part of the 2005 levy and <br />budget, that capital equipment would be funded partially through the issuance of capital <br />equipment certificates. The amount of the certificates to be issued is $345,000. <br /> <br />The terms and conditions of the Capital Equipment Certificates of Indebtedness are <br />attached. A resolution needs to be adopted by Council confirrn~ing the sale. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt Resolution #04-12-XXX authorizing the issuance <br />and awarding the sale of $345,000 General Obligation Equipment Certificates of 2004. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #04-12-XXX authorizing the issuance and awarding the sale of <br />$345,000 General Obligation Equipment Certificates of 2004. <br /> <br />FC: 12/14/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
