CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Zero-Zone Refrigeration, LLC. As a part of the <br />transaction, the city is to convey title to Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND <br />ADDITION, to Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC. On October 12, 2004, the City Council introduced <br />an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance was adopted on October 26, 2004. Adopting a <br />resolution is necessary to complete the sale of this property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. 04-12- which is an resolution authorizing the sale of Lot 1, <br />Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC:I 2/14/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
