Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC., a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company (the <br />"LLC"), on December 14, 2004; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the TIF Agreement requires conveyance of Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK <br />95 SECOND ADDITION, to the LLC. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br /> That Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the TIF between the City and Zero <br />Zone Refrigeration, LLC and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to <br />execute the necessary documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
