CASE # <br /> <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH <br /> AN ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD; <br /> CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On November 23, 2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to establish an <br />Environmental Policy Board. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, that ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Chapter 2 (Council, Boards and Commissions) of the City Code establishes a range of <br />basic membership criteria and rules for Boards and Commissions.
