Recommendation: <br /> <br />The December 7 revisions to the drive-thru lane for the Pond Building are-a result of the <br />December 2'd discussion with the Planning Commission. Rather than table the conditional use <br />permit and site plan case for the revisions, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br />approval of the plans at their December 2na meeting. However, the recommendation for approval <br />was on the condition that the Commission is given the opportunity to review the final site plan to <br />be sure that the concerns with the drive-thru feature are addressed <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt <br />Resolution #04-12- adopting Findings of Fact #0__ relating to Ramdance, LLC's request for <br />a Conditional Use Permit to operate a drive-thru feature on the Pond Building on Lot 1 of <br />Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion bY Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve'the <br />request from Ramdance, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru feature on the Pond <br />Building, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #04-12- declaring terms .of <br /> <br />same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny the request for a Conditional Use Permit, baSed on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Principle City Engineer <br />Civil Engineer II <br />Asst.
