2) How many jobs have been brought to Ramsey by TIF? What are the wages of the new jobs? <br /> <br />Answer. From the period of January 1999 to the present 7 new TIF Projects have been constr~tcted. <br />The projects include: H & P Development (Peck Properties), Systematic Refrigeration, Inrech, Direct <br />Enclosures, Life Fitness, Anderson-Dahlen and Ramsey B & B Carpet. All of these business' have <br />reported to the City of Ramsey many jobs have been created and what the wages are upon arrival to the <br />City of Ramsey (See Below).
