Alloy Recovery.. The City of Ramsey displaced Kenko during the construction of 141st <br />Street in Gateway Industrial Park No. 5. Kenko has entered discussions with the City of <br />the possibility of locating near the Public Works facility. Alloy Recovew is currently for <br />sale and bvo neighboring underutilized properties could be used for both Kenko and <br />Northern Signs, a business currently located in Anoka. <br /> <br />Waste Management Property: Staff has recently received a proposal by Waste <br />Management to sell the 44.63 acre-site for $1,657,925. An appraisal prepared for the <br />City, dated August 18, 2000, had attained a value for the property of $1,303,000.
