EDA Case # <br /> <br /> REVISIT DATE FOR EDA M_EETINGS <br />By: Megan Wald, Community Development Assistant <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The EDA currently meets on the first Monday of every, month. It has <br />become apparent in the past few months that this meeting has become <br />increasingly difficult to prepare the EDA agenda. The difficulty in preparing <br />an EDA agenda is due to the necessity to also prepare the Planning <br />Commission agenda in the same week. <br /> <br />In the past the EDA has changed dates to accommodate various schedules. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Choose one of the following meeting dates for EDA: 2nd Monday of the <br />month, 3~d Monday of the month, or 3~d Wednesday of the month. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the TIF Specialist, Sean Sullivan, is not able make <br />meetings held on the 3rd Monday of the month due to prior commitments. <br /> <br />It should also be noted that the Fire Department utilizes the Council <br />Chambers at Fire Station #2 every Wednesday.
