ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA C OLq'/TY <br /> <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />May 7, 2001, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong BoulevardNW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Susan Anderson <br /> Christopher Riley <br /> Kenneth Wagner <br /> Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Julie Blaha <br /> John LeTourneau <br /> Lydia Scheiber <br /> <br />Also Present: Megan Wald, Community Development Assistant <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Wagner called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Member Riley, seconded by Member Zimrnerman, to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Members Riley, Zimmerman, and Anderson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Members Blaha, LeTourneau and Scheiber. <br /> <br />APPROVE EDA MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Approval of EDA regular meeting minutes dated February 21, 2001 was tabled until next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Highway #10 Redevelopment Study <br /> <br />HKGi has completed the additional redevelopment study area along Highway #10, which <br />includes the area between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and An0ka City limits and Ramsey Boulevard <br />to the west. Staff is looking for feedback from the members regarding this study. <br /> <br />The study area should be compared with the Comprehensive Plan and MnDOT's Highway #10 <br />Corridor Study. <br /> <br />75 <br /> <br /> <br />
