Consensus of the Council was to forward the issue to the Public Work~ Committee for further
consideration.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT

1) Ward System

City Administrator Norman presented three ward options for Council consideration.

Councihnember Hendriksen stated that he would prefer to go with the initial proposal, which was
option 2, if there is concern with option 4. He stated that personally he would support option 4
especially in light of the fact that Ward 3 is where they will see their significant growth, if it is a
legal option.

City Attorney Goodrich replied that he would research the information.

2) Work Session

A work session was scheduled for April 16"~ following the Public Works Committee meeting.

3) Web Site Progress

Councilmember Hendriksen questioned the status of the City's website.

Assistant City Administrator Nelson explained that GovDocs has been working with staff to put
together the initial framework.
